About Pinnacle Press

A Family-owned Printing Company For More Than 50 Years

Entrepreneur Bob Kettlewell, an experienced manager in the form printing industry, started Company Forms & Papers in 1976, in Canton, Ohio. His daughter Vicky Sterling came on board in 1983 to help his business evolve into a 4/color commercial print company. In 1996, to better reflect the company’s peak printing capabilities, Bob renamed the company Pinnacle Press Inc., symbolizing the highest point of print quality and customer service. Vicky took sole ownership in 2019 and directed the company into the digital print and mail services arena.

Vicky’s daughter Brooke is being mentored to become third generation owner with a strategic plan to lead Pinnacle Press into the additional service of e-commerce and our storefront division.

Northeast Ohio Roots With Nationwide Capabilities

Vicky and her team believe a dependable offset or digital printer must be able to produce a wide range of quality printed products at affordable prices, provide value-added services, and consistently meet tight deadlines.

Attentive print project management is a critical part of this process. Vicky says, “Our clients tell us they keep coming back because of our customer service. We make it easy for them to deliver a memorable, tangible brand experience time after time.”

Although Pinnacle Press serves many clients in Northeast Ohio—including Canton, Akron, and Cleveland—the company’s offset and digital printing solutions can help marketers, business owners, graphic designers, and purchasing agents anywhere in the United States put printed materials into the hands of their current and prospective customers.
